[Concentrated Type] Fresh Amazake for Cooking and Baking

AMAZAKE HOUSE’s homemade fresh amazake is approximately twice* the concentrated type.

It can be diluted with water or soy milk and drunk, of course, but it can also be used as a substitute for sugar in baking and cooking.

It is a non-alcoholic, non-sugar, additive-free koji amazake made only with specially cultivated rice from Kyoto and carefully selected rice malt with few peculiarities.

Because it is not heated after fermentation, the heat-sensitive nutrients and enzymes are fully utilized.

It is a paste type without grains.

Full of nutrients such as glucose, oligosaccharides, amino acids, and vitamins that are good for the body.
