Our Commitment to Raw Amazake
The flavor of amazake changes quickly after fermentation. We at AMAZAKE HOUSE believe that freshly made “raw amazake” tastes the best. We do not heat our amazake to enhance its shelf life, but instead let it sit overnight and then pack it in pouches and freeze it for delivery.
Ingredients with Care
Our amazake does not contain sake lees. It is non-alcoholic, non-sugar, and additive-free. We also recommend our other raw amazake -Stories series- made with fruits directly from farmers and other carefully selected ingredients.
